「古都奈良の文化財」の一つとして世界遺産に登録された薬師寺。その本尊である薬師如来像は1300年もの間、現世の苦しみを取り除き、世の中の安泰をつかさどり、心と体の病を取り除く仏様として人々から信仰されてきました。
その薬師寺の食堂（じきどう）にて、心と体を整える幸せの周波数といわれる528Hz で奏でる音楽をピアニストのACOON HIBINOとギタリストの岡本博文が演奏いたします。
今回は528Hzの音楽の力で、コロナ禍で疲れた人々に少しでも心を癒せるひとときとして、一日も早いコロナ終息の願いを込めて、薬師如来像をもつ薬師寺から世界中の皆様に向けて音楽と映像を配信する特別企画です。人々の幸せを心より願いながら、しっとり染み入るような音楽を二人の有名音楽家が世界中の人々にお届けします。

幸せの周波数528Hzとは？

528Hzとは、１秒間に528回の振動数を持つ周波数を指しています。平均律を使用している音楽の場合、現在の世界基準として使われている[A（ラ）]=440Hzを根本にして音程をつくりますが、その調律では永遠に528Hzの音は現れません。今回のコンサートでは、独自の方法で528Hzに調律したピアノ、ギターを奏でます。豊かな倍音に包まれた今までに聞いたことのない音の世界が広がります。528Hzの演奏はストレスを軽減させ、心体の不調をなくすことから「平和の周波数」と呼ばれ、育児や介護現場での活用も期待されています。医学面の研究から528Hzを含む音楽を聴くと、唾液の分泌が高まったり、体温が上昇したり、心臓や血管がより安定するなど注目されています。
